These Terms & Conditions govern the donation and ticketing process for Winter Wonderland ("the Event"), organized by Patronato Pro Niños de San Miguel de Allende, A.C. ("the Organizer"). By making a donation to receive entry to the Event, you agree to the following:

1. Donations and Entry

Access to the Event is provided in exchange for a charitable donation.
All donations are final and non-refundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a donation is made, regardless of attendance.
Your donation confirmation and/or e-ticket may be presented at the Event entrance for admission but is not required.

2. Transfer of Entry

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your entry to another individual by contacting the Organizer prior to the Event date.
Unauthorized resale of entries or invitations is strictly prohibited.

3. Event Details

The Event will take place on November 5, 2026 at 6:30 PM at Club de Golf Malanquin.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, schedule, or featured entertainment without prior notice.

4. Conduct at the Event

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, and other attendees.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

5. Photography and Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.
Images and recordings may be used by the Organizer in future promotional materials, media, and online platforms without compensation.

6. Liability

Attendance at the Event is at your own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage to personal property, or personal injury except as required by law.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Event.

7. Privacy

Any personal information collected through the donation/ticketing process will be used solely for the purposes of processing your donation, communicating with you about the Event, and future communications from the Organizer.
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your donation and accepting an entry to the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
